Information: 2 years of extensive roast profiling were spent in the development of this blend. The controlled roast of each coffee in this blend is intended to compliment its counterpart, resulting in a perfect balance of body and ripe citrus sweetness.
Light roast is recommended.

Cupping Notes: Well-balanced body. Fresh, citrus with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Clean, soft and mildly sweet.
